Austin Larkin is a composer and violinist focusing on elements of tone within the interstices of fields, asymmetries, and patterns. His performance and practice is informed by research into dimensions of vibrating bodies. His recent Violin Liquid Phases focuses on the psychoacoustic possibilities of the violin (harmonic tuning, rhythmic phasing, spectral bowing) as well as on landscapes of energy (catharsis, ekstasis).

Quentin Tolimieri is a composer, pianist, and improvisor. His work has been presented at venues throughout Europe and North America and included on the album West Coast Soundings (Wandelweiser Records), named one of the top ten modern classical albums of 2014 by The Wire. A chapter of musicologist Eldritch Priest’s Boring Formless Nonsense is devoted to a discussion of Tolimieri's work "Josef, Lieber Josef Mein."
